It's really the intent that matters. If some wiggers are calling each other the n-word, they obviously don't mean disrespect to anyone, they just look clowns.

I can say for myself and at least a few others that intent has no baring on the intensity of the, at best harsh words/warning and extremely uncomfortable situation or at worst beat down that may follow...

I've only had to check one person in my life, but I do live in D.C. and "wiggers" are rare here. Growing up I knew some white folks who lived in some of the roughest neighborhoods in the city who's phone voices would be indistinguishable from that of a lot of the black guys I knew and still the "N word" would not pass their lips. It boils down to respect not fear. Some of these white dudes probably could have used the word w/ out consequence because they were really tight w/ and did a lot of [censored] w/ the other kids in the neighborhood , but still they did not... Why? Opinions vary on this I know 1 or 2 black folks that say they don't mind but I would caution any of you young thug wanna be's not to push your luck around folks you don't know. Life isn't fair, you can't say whatever you want when you want and think everybody's gonna understand or be ok w/ it, especially when you're just trying to perp some sort of street cred or play gangsta w/ your friends out in the suburbs. You may feel you have a right to say what you want but go into the wrong poker game w/ that wasup n**** B.S. and you right will be violated.
