Is this the somewhat obnoxious guy with a weird accent?

I usually watch in Spanish but remember him from last year's last match when Espanyol scored at the very end to avoid relegation. He was freaking out and yelled "I don't know who in the hell scored!" and said again that he didn't know who the hell scored. It was pretty funny.
