Would all the Florida cardroom owners and Seminole Tribe members please raise their hands? They're the only ones pushing the law - unless one of the other lawyers would like to make an argument that a customer of a business has standing to challenge a law governing the businesses they frequent.
Otherwise, our plan of action is simple -- write and talk to the managers about how great it would be to play mid-stakes games, and that they should argue for the P-M board to allow for that.
I anticipate the Seminoles to spread no-cap buy-in NL games on July 1, though.
