Reporting this kind of abuse is tantamount to my calling the police if I see a burglar breaking into your home. Or would you consider that tattling as well?
It's theft. Just because you and I may not have been victims of this scam does NOT mean it's not theft. Those who were victims had their money stolen just as if he had taken their wallets.
Oh...and it's "tattle", not "taddle"
