Black Cod Miso At Home!!!
For those of you who love Black Cod Miso and live near a
Mitsuwa Marketplace, I was able to purchase black cod, pre-marinated, at the Saratoga location yesterday!
Take it home, distribute the marinade a little more evenly with a butter knife, and throw the fish under the broiler until a light crust starts to form on top. I didn't really time it, just keep an eye on it. Delicious!
The marinated black cod was to the left of the sashimi-grade fish, and flats with one large piece or two small pieces were about 2.50 - 3.00 each.
