Cook. My last response was meant to say my whole post should be ignored. I wrote that last night after drinking for 7 or so hours. The whole story was wrong and I don't even feel like trying to remember it correctly enough for it to have any significance. When I woke up today I laughed at my feeble and poor recollection of the hand. I hereby retract any and all opinion on the matter.
