I didn't say he didn't cheat. I just think that the punishment should fit the crime. Ruining his life is wrong and we should all reassess what we are saying. Its our resposiblity to be just.

Ruining his life? The kid is still up hundreds of thousands of dollars from online poker, how is his life ruined? Maybe he will find it more difficult in the future to make a living playing online poker, but you know what? He's not [censored] entitled to that lifestyle anymore. Sucks to be him that he might actually have to go out and get a real job.
