Not only is the Iron Man promotions points page woefully slow to update (4-6 hours behind), receiving things purchased from the Iron Man store is even slower! Typically in the past it took 3-4 days for me to receive Tourney Tokens I had purchased through the Iron Man store, but most recently I purchased a token on June 1st and it still hasn't been credited to my account. When I contacted FTP support, I received the typical "we're sorry, rest assured you will eventually receive your token, blah blah blah" response.

I'm one of those fortunate few that has not experienced lag problems in the past. I sure hope I won't be having them now.
