If you scroll down to the bottom of the page it is in the bottom right box. It says "rating" and then has a number of stars. In the same area, but to the left there is a drop down button that let's you vote.

The comment on ZJ having 5 votes to our 1 was gold.

Cool - is there then a way to browse the forums for ONLY threads w/ 4 or 5 stars? I like OOT, but i don't like wading thru 20 useless threads to find a few good ones.
