Ok I just got off phone with VIP. Any standing balances on debit cards are supposed to be accessable again. I just did a remaining balance withdrawl. However, my funds that were "pending" withdrawl from January 16th are still unavailable. The Neteller VIP Rep said "the government has it, we are doing everything in our power to negotiate for the funds. We have no time table."

Basically "pending" funds from the jan 14-18 timeframe are being held by the government. DAMNIT [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

The 'news' does not state now is the time for distribution. Nothing has changed as of yet but 'might change on the 13th of July'

I was able to withdraw my remaining balance via ETF this morning around 10am. My new balance says 0.00 and the request is "pending". I cannot say for certain it was succesful but it appears as though it was infact.

When will US members get their money back?
NETELLER currently anticipates that implementation of the Distribution Plan will commence upon the resolution of the USAO investigation. NETELLER has advised the USAO that it will use its best efforts to resolve the investigation no later than July 13, 2007.

Wow, I just signed back in and the request was declinded. My balance is back to full balance. [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img] july 13th appears to be the date
