Sounds like a scam.
Why would you go through the trouble of buying a piece of his action just to sell it off for no profit?
You either bought it for less than 750, or you didn't buy anything at all (my guess is that one, btw). Or you're just kinda dumb to sell off everyone of your supposedly "big tickets to wealth"
