5k was the amount he illegitamtely won. So that money isn't his. They rightfully took it away and then banned him. Opening another account will not be hard for ZJ. So essentially all Stars has done to ZJ is ban him from playing satellites to land based events. I'm sure the majority of us believe that sooner or later, ZJ will be back at stars and party under a different guise.
