Haha, I used to do that, too. Back in the day when I was still wearing a watch.
Try this: As soon as the person asks, do not look again, but cover up your watch with your hand. Try to think about it real hard. The information is in your head, just need to access it. I was kinda surprised that after a few seconds I'd usually remember what time it was.
