Monolith -- it's going to be a couple of larger stages, and then smaller spaces (say, 350-500 capacity or so) for the smaller acts. An acquaintance of mine is one of the organizers (he previously did the Midwest Music Summit in Indianapolis), and has a pretty good idea how to space this stuff out.
I don't really know how they're going to prevent sound bleed through from one show to the next, but I'm sure they have a handle on it.
Basically, Monolith is kinda the successor to the South Park Music Festival that went on the past couple of years, but has far outgrown its roots.
