If I'm playing 40/80 with Mike L and I raise the button with 89s he 3bets sb with something as he often does then I 4bet because I feel like it and then he 5bets and the flop comes AKJ what am I supposed to do? I tried to get cute, he showed me who the boss was and the flop was awful for me. As much as he might mess around with his 3bet preflop I doubt he is messing around with his 5bet so this flop is likely to hit him very hard unless he has QQ exactly and he knows that I can raise flops for no reason other than I feel like raising to see what will happen so he might not fold that either. Are we cheating to chop up the precious $40? Of course not.

Have you never played with a fish where you have the nuts on the flop and turn and cap it then out of nowhere they just check/fold the river? People make stupid plays all the time, but even the biggest retards know their efforts are hopeless at some point in the hand.
