Honest question: how many threads in this forum have you actually read?
And to not be a complete hater, the answer is diet. If you run a calorie deficit you will lose weight. If you run 5 miles a day and eat 4000 calories you won't, in fact you're body will probably recomposition itself to even higher fat levels-lower LBM.
