El D, no, in fact he was mollified.

a much worse story is when, after being coached by a former trustee of the client to whom he was going to present, the CIO lead off the meeting by saying "I am worth billions!"...needless to say, that presentation didn't fall on the friendliest of ears...YET, the client STILL stayed!

i will never get over this. ever. even though the former trustee told the CIO to say that he is worth alot b/c the board members RESPEK wealth lol. i still chuckle and will forever be able to laugh at it.
