Just don't collect any in the first place and there would be nothing to have to disburse.

WSEX is obviously running a gimmick. It is a nice gimmick, but it is nicer for the grinders than the gunslingers. And there is not enough appeal for me to jump through all the hoops.

I am probably not the only one who has this take on it, which may account for the not so great numbers there.
