your actually right about the outright lies you get told by the live help people. i guess they just tell you what you want to here. your story just reminded me.. "yes sir that check is currently on its way to you, please check back tommorow morning for a tracking number" about 5 days later i get a tracking number.

p.s. Wpex GM was a great help to me a few weeks ago. my bank would not cash the checks i had recieved, return them to me, or provide me with any information. after a few weeks dealing with the live help people trying to have new checks issued, WPEX GM stepped up and got everything taking care of in a matter of hours.
