We all understand that there are some delays to be expected in the new environment. However, there's little excuse for taking 3 days to reply to an e-mail and not even answer the questions asked. There's nothing more infuriating then getting a standard customer service form response when you're being patient.

Secondly, I dont appreciate being lied to. I phoned customer service yesterday (they had sent me an e-mail on Monday saying to check back Wednesday) and at first the representative apologized and said that the cheque had been mailed earlier in the week and I should get it within a few days. Then I requested the FedEx tracking number, after being put on hold for 5 minutes they came back and fessed up to the fact that the cheque had not been processed or mailed yet, and asked that I check back on Friday.

Clearly some of you have had positive experience with the customer service, and thats encouraging, but i've yet to be treated to it.
