2. The bonus is not instant cash credited to your account. You get bonus dollars which convert into cash as you play for real money. But since most of the people that reach that level have been Iron several months in a row, it's almost as good as cash as long as they keep playing.

Also, 600 bonuses are great. however, I find best way to clear the FTP bonus is to cash out and abandon it.
