I keep coming back to this thread for further laughter. This is at least twice now you've made this statement. But hiring, and retaining are two totally different things. I can't honestly see parents wanting their kids to spend too much time with you. Your attitude is fine, if you're cool with it (which you seem to be), but parents certainly wouldn't want such attitude rubbing off on their spawn. And knowledge certainly doesn't take precedence over character.
