DavidC is right on that online and live LHE games usually play completely differently. Online is tight/aggresive and live is usually loose/passive so you have to adjust for that when playing each of these.
But my general rule is take the online limit and x3 to get the live game equivalency.
Therefore beating 2/4 onlne would equate to playing 6/12 live and 3/6 would equal 9/18.

I went to LV and tried playing to high(8/16 at Wynn, but was drunk and tired from very long poker session night before) and got my ass handed to me. Im going to try some 5/10 and 6/12. If that feels a bit weak I'll take a leap up to 10/20.
