I don't see how this isn't mentioned yet.
My #1 pet peave is the guy you play with, who swears he shoots "in the low 80's" and shoots about 110 and doesn't count half his strokes.
You know the type of guy. He takes a mulligan on the first hole(I don't mind a mulligan occasionally...I'm not the tournament director) then you quickly realize that he's telling you he's making bogeys on every hole. He always seems to find his ball when everyone thinks it's in the trees. He doesn't improve his lie 2 inches, he improves it 6 feet. etc.
Then you finish the round. He tells you his score, and you just want to punch him in the face.
