I'm KingOtter, and I don't think I tilt very much.

When I do, 99% of my tilt comes from bankroll pressures. If I'm trying to reach a certain bankroll amount, and I lose it affects me so much more.

I do constantly track my results for the current session, but honestly don't think that affects me unless my brain is on my bankroll and how far I am from where I want to be.

So I try to keep my game as far within my bankroll as I can stand, and it helps.

If I was a 'pro', I think I'd be much more prone to tilt... which is why unless I hit some major tournie wins, I doubt I'm ever going to make a substantial income from poker.
