Re: ***OFFICIAL*** LOST Season 3 Episode 21 Discussion -spoiler free-
Overall I have to give this episode a thumbs down. There is no way that if this were actually happening people would not DEMAND Juliette to explain to them what this place is, what it is they do here, and why they all cannot just be sent home. I put up with this initially but now it looks more and more like Juliette is becoming one of the losties and the idea of her spending an extended amount of time with them without being forced to answer these questions is just too illogical for me. Bummer. Some other things about the episode I didn't care for, in no particular order....
No Locke. Lost w/Locke is always more gooder than Lost without Locke
No Painting. I have grown very fond of the Island painting and require at least 30 seconds of air time for it in each Lost episode I watch. kthanx.
Time is too convenient on the Island. I realize this is television and they have to do what they have to do but...
How come every time two or three Losties go on their little 'mini adventures' they find new cool stuff on the Island in no time flat yet when it's convenient for the plot line that week they can blow up enough dynamite to take out a house and be far enough away from the others for it to not be noticed. There are other examples of this just about every week and I just find it a little annoying.
OK....I do watch the show so obviously I find some stuff about it cool so here goes with a couple of things I likey..
Hurley. Big. Clumbsy. Not terribly bright. What's NOT to like?? lol
Sayid. Sayid proved this week (again) why he is the true leader of the Losties. Allowing Jack to play soldier of fortune but cracking the whip when he was about to make a critical tactical error in execution.
Charlie's impending doom. I'm a big believer in killing off main characters so the idea of Charlie going down for the dirt nap appeals to me.
