To beat tight players, you play very loose. Exactly how you do that depends on the type of tight players. For example, if they only play top hands, you want to play almost any low card hand. If the flop comes down with high cards, you fold, if not you raise.

If they are tight-aggressive then you should play fewer hands, but raise big when you do play. Position is very important with tight-aggressive players.

Check-raising is not effective against tight-aggressive players; raise/fold to a reraise is better.
