my wire hit today fwiw.

I'd keep hounding them like I did. It turned out to be something VERY minor but for some reason they thought it was ok to take forever and a year to get back to me about it. Every time I called my situation got elevated and notes added to it by CSR.

The original problem w/ mine is that they instructed me to fill out the intermediary information and not the beneficiary. I am clueless about this stuff so i just followed instructions. 3 weeks later and they finally wrote me back to tell me that i filled out the wrong section and to re-send the paperwork.
