My moneygram experience wasn't perfect but wasn't bad either. This agent wasn't setup with the forms either but they had a dedicated Moneygram phone station. Unfortunately it was in the area of the supermarket where the carts come in and out and it was impossible to get through the phone automation. After about 5 minutes it defaulted to a live operator because of the errors in the voice recognition. Operator generated the confirm number in less than a minute. It took another 5 minutes for the transaction to go through. WU/Bodog was a good bit easier but if Stars isn't covering the fees I'd rather go this route for $9.95.
