The irony of free speech limitations under US law
LOL, this is one of the real ironies of the First Amendment.
Poker, which for a price teaches socially useful skills, is NOT protected, except under the limited protections afforded commercial speech. Porn however, for adults, is protected and, under ACLU v Gonzales, DOJ is enjoined from overly intrusive enforcement activities against someone using the Internet for essentially whacking off all day and night.
