I think that each study group should decide for themselves which instant messenging (IM) system they are going to use. Anything could do: MSN, AIM, GoogleTalk, Skype, ICQ and YahooMessenger and I'm forgetting probably a ton.

Actualy, it might even be better to set up a whole new account! When I'm in a high-priority ultra-important poker conference, I don't want to be bothered by my two hundred Messenger's contacts!

So, listing ones IM isn't that important. Blind level and available time is.
