I would raise the flop in hand 1 to 90. I don't mind a bluff there to mix it up since he's 3betting you pretty light. When he calls the flop, you have to be done with the hand though, he isn't folding TP in a RR pot.

Hand #2 is perfect, I also would have bet this flop after their preflop weakness, you can easily represent an overpair by that bet and get their face cards or connectors to fold. I would bet a little more on the turn like $150-$160.
