Its Gravy (not the same as turkey dinner) more of a poutine sauce, cheese curds (taste like mozzarella bites or cheese strings) and fries.
When I was at Yankee stadium and saw that the masses injest something called cheese fries (fries with nacho cheese on them) I insta puked. Poutines taste great and would be adored by american's if they had a catchy name like freedom fries with anti terror sauce and liberty curds.
