The thing is, there's only a handful of people that actually design bots... the rest of the bot community try to manipulate rules to make a winning combo (that's how I understand it anyway).

That being said, the main programs out there don't seem to try to mimic human behavior. It would not be hard at all to randomize timing decisions and starting hands.
