This isn't actually all that uncommon. I've been asked by complete strangers to play out the rest of their SNG's when they've had to leave the computer for the evening suddenly or their ISP crashed and they couldn't get back online, and know others who have had the same favor asked of them. In fact many SNG players have a buddy or two they trade this favor with, and it has come up a few times in threads in the STT forum.
