Maybe the bomb goes off (only ando doesn't die), and next season is Hiro and Peter trying to prevent the future we saw, while linderman tries to get nathan into office and Sylar tries to take over for him...
Kind of a cool thing where a non-hero can cause a great chance in the series of hero events.
