If you watch through the credits, it shows their boat running out of fuel, they float to an island but it's overrun with zombies. A hand-held camera is supposed to be filming it at that point. It's laying on the dock and you hear gunshots as the zombies run up. One dead zombie falls with his bloody, zombie face directly in front of the camera and you hear "oh AH AH AH AH" and "Down with the Sickness" starts as the final credits roll. It's [censored] awesome.
