Unfortunately it appears (with Party) that the chance of getting busted is 0 unless you get reported. Why didn't party stop them sooner? Aren't they supposed to have a system for monitoring this stuff?
Another thing that bothers me greatly is how trigger-happy Party is getting seizing funds left and right. What if tomorrow Party decides to close accounts and keep the money of everyone using PokerTracker?

I would imagine that there are enough PokerTracker users that doing this would cost Party way to much money.
