WTF man? Not to be too much of a dick, but how old are you? This is pretty damn irresponsible, to put it mildy, and you should seriously think about doing what Dignam suggested a few posts up. I know it's the same old boring advice, but if you are losing money that you don't have then it is time to stop gambling, period.

As for actual advice I'm afraid you're screwed. I am 99.75 % sure that Stars is not gonna set up a payment plan with you. Stars isn't in the business of loaning people money and setting up payment plans. They are gonna send the charges through and you are gonna get hit with the penalties by your bank.
