How does the withdrawal process work for Instadebit? Any fees to withdraw back to your bank account? And is it a EFT or a bank wire transfer?

I did the Empire Casino reload, they allow moneybookers as a deposit method but not as a withdraw method. Only Instadebit, Ecocard and cheque are withdraw options.
