And sincere email, my ass... she's just worried about her reputation going down the tubes (even more). And just to agree with so many other posters, I met her in Aruba last year and she was totally unfriendly, arrogant and two-faced, even when she was in the middle of a supposed autograph-signing/ meet n greet at one of the parties. She should take some lessons in class from Jen Harman, who is super-nice and friendly, even to 'nobodies' like me.
