edit: to expound, Dallas is down 1:3. So I'd say it comes down to the Suns or Spurs as the favorites. The Suns lost 2 out of 3 games to the Spurs, including the late season game (small sample though). Also, the Spurs have shown that they can play solid transition defense against this Nuggets team.
Maybe you could make a case for this new GSW team. As for Houston or Utah (who'll probably lose in the 1st round), I think they're clear underdogs to both the Suns/Spurs.
As for the East, they're the East.
