Default Re:Golden Palace Poker not paying its customers

I played at Golden Palace casino until 11/13/2006. Then, due to the US online gambling ban, they shut their doors to US players. The owners of Golden Palace created a new casino called Golden Casino that US players could play at. I played there until 1/25/2007. As a result of the Neteller owners getting arrested, I decided to pull all of my money out of online gambling. The amount I tried to withdraw was $1067.82. Here is my saga since then.

1/25/2007 - I try to withdraw my money to my Neteller account like I had in the past. Since Neteller had been shut down, the method of withdrawal instead was by check.

2/16/2007 - The check hadn't arrived, so I inquired about it through customer service. Customer Service representative Joel informs me that there was a delay due to their bank refusing to issue checks to Americans. Not to worry though, they found a new bank on 2/2/2007 and I will receive my money "as soon as humanly possible." I was a little concerned that the response from customer service claimed the possibility that they might, "close our doors and keep your money."

3/13/2007-Still no check, so I ask again about it. Mila from customer service informs me that they are aware of the delay and apologizes. I respond asking for more information on the nature of the delay and an estimate of when the delay will be resolved. Alberto responds to tell me that they started issuing checks on 2/20/2007.

3/28/2007-Still no check, so I ask again about it. Stephen from customer service informs me that my check was sent on 3/27/2007. Hooray!

4/12/2007-Still no check, so I ask again about it. Dayle from customer service informs me that it could take up to 21 business days for a check to reach me.

4/27/2007-After 22 business days, I have yet again asked where my check is, and I am awaiting a response.

I'm certain that Golden Palace and Golden Casino have the same management, so I felt it was appropriate to post my message here. Is this the same runaround that you have been getting. How many different customer service people do they have working for them? I've never had a person with the same name respond to me twice.

Do any of you know anything about the people that run Golden Palace? Where are they located? Who is in charge? In case I wanted to sue them or have a conversation with the owner of the company that owes me money, how would I get that information?

I also am owed money by Neteller, but since that's a much higher profile case, I am less concerned about putting in the legwork myself.
