Anything after ~1984 was mass produced and not worth much.
I sold my 60,000 card collection about 10 years ago, I am not sure if it is up or down in value from when I sold it.
It is a dangerous business though, I once met a card/toy dealer who had stacks of Nolan Ryan, Wayne Gretzky and Mickey Mantle rookie cards. Once he got one card, he could make as many as he wanted.
