Oddly enough, the 4-8 at Parkers is often worse than the 8-16 (usually when half of it is 8-16 players waiting for a seat - most of them tend to tighten up when forced to play 4-8). It may not be your best bet for the classic 4-8 LP no-fold-em hold'em experience.

Also note that a recently passed smoking ban means that all non-tribal casinos are non-smoking thoroughout, whereas the tribal casinos (to my knowledge) generally allow smoking everywhere except the actual poker room, fwiw.
