Royal Bank charges $15 for all incoming international bank wires. The $15 fee is in the currency of the wire. So U.S. currency means $15 U.S.

I believe CIBC charges $10.

BMO is looking very good to me right now.

Are you sure about the RBC wire fees cardman?

The person I talked to at RBC said it cost $15 CAN to recieve a incoming wire in GBP Sterling. Big difference between $15CAN and 15GBP.

I'm 100% sure about Canadian and U.S. currency international wires using Royal Bank. Ask the teller about Canadian and U.S. bank wires and they'll tell you that I'm right. Not sure about GBP though. Probably because the currency spread is wider there. I would avoid Royal Bank. Their fees suck.
