I really do not care what the US courts determined in this case. That means nothing to me. Why should it? These courts found OJ innocent and McDonalds liable for millions of dollars due to hot coffee.

Soon they are going to find Virginia Tech liable for millions of dollars. This will increase tuition costs further (US is probalby close to highest in the world already) making it harder for poor people to get education. This money will go to mainly to blood sucking lawyers with some left over for greedy bereaving families.

I'd rather trust my own judgement of this guy. He sounds like a creep who couldn't live peacefully within society. No, his family didn't deserve to die (unless it was in self defense from police who were being shot at). But I don't think he deserves my sympathy either, because millions of nicer people are dying every day through no fault of their own. This guy should accept most of the blame for what happened to his family.
