Well no one who's 20/13 has a .4 AF. So I'll assume that's sample size issues.
c/r flop lead turn isn't good against this guy. For c/r'ing the flop to be good, he has to fold overs. If he does this, you should check the turn. If he doesn't, then you'd be better off calling, calling a non-K/A/J/T turn, and folding to a river bet.
