I did the exact same thing a month ago. I wasn't terribly careful because I guess I'm used to getting confirmation prompts. Luckily the guy I accidentally sent to was deemed ineligible to receive it for some reason.
This is the email they sent me:

I can confirm that this transfer did not successfully go through and the
funds have transferred back into your Full Tilt Poker account.
While I understand that you have made a mistake in entering the
recipient for your player transfer, please be aware that the
responsibility is on the sender to ensure that all necessary information
is entered correctly.
In the future, please ensure you are sending the funds to the correct
player, as we may not be able to stop the transaction. This would leave
the only option to get the funds back; simply contacting the player on
your behalf and request that they transfer the funds back to you. Please
understand that if said player chooses not to comply to our request,
they cannot be forced to return the funds and Full Tilt Poker cannot be
held liable nor are we able to replace those funds.
Thank you for your cooperation in this matter, xxxxxx. Your play on
Full Tilt Poker is appreciated. If you need anything else, please feel
free to contact us anytime.
