Any updates for anyone?

I chatted with Trish Salazar (Director of Player Services) and she promised to help me. She sent me a mail afterwards and told that she has to contact accounting manager. Haven't heard anything in couple of days.

This is so frustrating. First you play there a long time and rake big money and finally get this [censored]. Damn you Doyle!
